Donna Atkinson is a go-getter. She’s an expert at her job. And she has a big job. As a Director of Human Resources at Saint-Gobain, a 350-year-old multinational corporation, Donna fulfills hundreds of different positions at the company’s manufacturing plants. She’s used to the pressure, having established herself as a leader in the human resources industry over the last three decades. In 2009, following the recession, Donna took over duties at one of Saint-Gobain’s plants in Upstate New York.
